Fall Pieces You Should Snag From Madewell

If you aren’t a devoted Madewell shopper, there’s no time like the present to check it out! The fashion retailer is known for its great denim and timeless pieces that take minimal effort to put together. Here are some of our favorite items from Madewell’s current collection.

Silk Button-Front Mini Dress in Park Picnic ($158, shop here)

This is a gorgeous transition piece for your fall wardrobe. You can wear it solo with woven pointed-toe flats, and as the temperatures begin to drop, layering can ensue. We love the idea of pairing this dress with an oversized denim jacket and Dr. Martens. For those extra-cold days, throw on a sweater and some fun tights.

Bellaire Cardigan Sweater ($89.50, shop here)

Who doesn’t need a stack of cardigan sweaters as we approach fall? We certainly do! And this one from Madewell is 50 shades of perfection with its ribbed texture and soft, airy yarn fabric. We suggest wearing this cardigan French-tucked into jeans with just a couple of buttons undone at the top and some delicate gold jewelry.

Dorset Blazer in Albemarle Plaid ($168, shop here)

File this under: “things we don’t need to tell you.” Blazers are timeless, trendy, and versatile – and they are everywhere this fall. So if you’ve been thinking about giving one a shot, consider this your sign to do so. We recommend wearing this blazer with a knit top and high-waisted trousers for a dark academia look. Or, pair it with a band tee and slightly oversized ’90s mom jeans.

The Oversized Trucker Jean Jacket ($128, shop here)

It’s no secret that we adore jean jackets, and when those jackets come oversized? We die. A jean jacket is a staple piece to have in your closet. Embroidery, bleaching, patches, and vintage brooches are just a few ways you can make your denim jacket uniquely you.

Puff-Sleeve V-Neck Midi Dress in Tossed Dot ($118, shop here)

This dress is perfect for fall, and it’s another great transition piece because it covers so much of you, but it’s also light and flowy. Wear this dress by itself, then as the air gets a little chillier, throw on a denim jacket or woven cardigan over it.
