Our Favorite Eco-Friendly Reusable Water Bottles

Drinking water is one of the most important things you can do for your body. But sadly, plastic water bottles are wasteful and harmful to the environment. So to ensure you stay hydrated, we recommend investing in a reusable, eco-friendly water bottle. Here are five of our favorite brands.

Hydro Flask

Hydro Flask offers a variety of choices in the world of eco-friendly bottles, from ones that hold as little as 18 oz and those that hold up to 128 oz. It also offers kid-friendly bottles. In addition, Hydro Flask has a charitable program called Parks For All, which supports nonprofit organizations that focus on building, maintaining, restoring, and providing more equitable access to public green spaces. To date, the company has supported 151 nonprofits with $2.5 million.

Corkcicle

Corkcicle started in 2010 as a bottle that could keep wine chilled, but it has since evolved into a supplier of canteens, tumblers, commuter cups, glassware, and more. Additionally, Corkcicle has partnered with Charity: Water, ensuring that the purchases of its products help fund clean water throughout the world. Corkcicle products are even more unique because they have three layers of insulation, allowing them to keep a drink hot or cold without condensation or the possibility of you burning your hands.

BKR

Aside from being some of the cutest models on the market, BKR reusable water bottles are also 100% recyclable. Founded by best friends Tal Winter and Kate Cutler, BKR was established to be environmentally aware but also different from the rest. The founders didn’t care for the plastic and steel bottles in stores and online, so they created a sustainable glass water bottle. You can purchase the bottles with sleek or textured sleeves and purchase sleeves separately to change the look to match your aesthetic.

Que

When founders Jean and Kevin Wu used to travel to music festivals all over the country, they noted the large amounts of plastic waste from water bottles. Thus, an eco-friendly, travel-friendly water bottle was born. Que now has two models: the insulated bottle, which comes in seven colors and two sizes (12 oz and 17 oz), and the collapsible bottle, which comes in two sizes (12 oz and 20 oz) and 17 colors.

S’well

Sarah Kauss founded S’well in 2010 after investing $30,000 of her own savings while operating out of her home in New York. She was already a successful businesswoman, but it became her passion project to create fashionable, eco-friendly, sustainable bottles. Today, S’well also sells tumblers, roamers, mugs, and dish ware. The products are all sleek and can be as simple or decorative as you like.
