Cute, Quick Hairstyles That Are Easy to Create

Getting ready for the day can turn into an Olympic sprint sometimes. When you’re pressed for time and in a hurry to get out the door, you haven’t got a spare minute to waste on messing with your hair. But then, you can’t really leave without doing something with your hair, either. Try one of these cute, quick hairstyles, and you won’t lose too much of your valuable getting ready time.

Sophisticated Ponytail

When a regular ponytail is just a bit too casual but you really haven’t got time to do much else, put a twist on this old classic for a more sophisticated look. Part the front third of your hair, from the top of your crown to both temples, and put the remaining hair in a ponytail. Now, take the front section and pull it to one side, then pull it back and wrap the ends of your hair around the base of the pony. Use a pin to fasten the ends under the pony, and give this classic ‘do a more stylish look.

Regular Bun

Pull all of your hair back and tie into a pony tail. Twist the pony tail and then wrap it around the hair tie again and again until you’re out of hair. Secure with bobby pins or an additional hair tie around the outside of the bun.

Twisted Low Bun

Part your hair as you normally would and let it hang down naturally. Separate two front sections of hair on either side of your part, and twist each to create a little roll of hair against your head. Secure each with a small pin or band, and gather all of your hair together at the nape of your neck in a low ponytail. Secure the ponytail with a band, and slide the band down so that it’s about an inch and a half away from your head. Slide two fingers into this space from the underside of the ponytail. Take the ends of your hair with these two fingers, and pull the ponytail through. Repeat this a couple times, then twist your hair into a low bun. Secure the bun with pins, and you’re ready to go.

Easy Hairstyles

When you’re in a hurry to get ready, you need an easy hairstyle that looks cute and won’t take up too much time. Master these three styles, and you’ll get through your getting ready routine much more quickly.
