Another way you can maintain the strength and quality of your hair to promote hair growth and stop hair loss is to take care of it with the correct products regularly. Coconut oil, for example, can help to bind protein in hair and protect it from breaking. When applying, massage the coconut oil into your scalp as it helps to promote better blood flow, which, as a result, can also help with hair regrowth. Another solid option? You can also whip up your own scalp stimulant treatments, like a rosemary oil mix. Naturopath and Nutritionist Anna Mitsios recommends mixing a few drops of rosemary oil with olive or coconut oil and applying it to your scalp. Apply a leave-in detangler after conditioning, and remember to brush starting at the ends and work your way up to the roots of your hair to prevent extra brushing damage.
