The new year is right around the corner, and we all know what that means: new TV to binge-watch! New seasons of some of our favorite Netflix shows are coming in 2023, and we can’t wait! Here are a few seasons we’re holding our breath for.
Ginny & Georgia – Season 2
Ginny has discovered that her stepdad didn’t die of natural causes and is unsure how to take it. Her mother is the last person she would label a murderer. While Ginny struggles to accept the situation, Georgia goes balls to the walls with planning her next wedding. Catch up on the first season here.
Bridgerton – Season 3
One of the cliffhangers from last season, season 3 of Bridgerton starts with Penelope Featherington giving up on her longtime crush, Colin. The hurtful words she heard in the last episode were hard to swallow. Now, Penelope is determined to find a husband…with the help of Colin? His words of encouragement help, but will that bring back feelings for Penelope or start ones for Colin? Catch up on the first two seasons here.
Love Is Blind – Season 4
Love is Blind is back! If you’ve seen the first three seasons, you know what’s about to happen: Men and women fall in love behind closed doors without seeing what their match looks like in person. The only way to see your chosen partner is to propose (and accept). What kind of drama will happen in 2023? We’re bound to find out. Catch up on the first three seasons here.
Never Have I Ever – Season 4
The final season of Never Have I Ever is here, and it’s breaking our hearts. But it may be time to let Devi go as she matures and heads to college. What’s expected from the last season? Aneesa may continue to explore her sexuality, Paxton will go on to Arizona State, Trent has to stay back for a senior year do-over, and Devi and Ben will likely be forced to talk about what happened at the end of last season. Catch up on the first three seasons here.
Sex Education – Season 4
Some surprises will jump out at you in season 4 of Sex Education, including a brand-new school for all the students! Some cast members may be leaving, but new ones will be added to the roster. Having so much up in the air may seem scary, but no need to worry. We’ll be watching right there alongside you. Catch up on the first three seasons here.
Sex/Life – Season 2
Sex/Life season 2 is ready to pick up exactly where it left off, but almost nothing else has been said to the public. All we know is it’ll be steamy. Catch up on the first season here.
The Crown – Season 6
The tragic death of Diana, Princess of Wales, has yet to be explored. Season 6 of The Crown will take a deep dive into the events before and after the tragedy. Another focus will be the professional relationship between Tony Blair and Queen Elizabeth II. Catch up on the first five seasons here.
The Lincoln Lawyer – Season 2
Are you ready for a focus case? The Lincoln Lawyer is back, and it’s time to assert all attention to Mickey Haller, who was accused of killing the banker that tried to take her home. Will adaptations happen, or will the producers stick to the story in the book? Catch up on the first season here.
Virgin River – Season 5
At the end of season 4, fans found out that Jack wasn’t the father of Charmaine’s twins. A shocking plot twist! We’ll definitely be learning more about that, but there’s not much more information right now. With no time jump, viewers have to wait to see what’s next. Catch up on the first four seasons here.
You – Season 4
Penn Badgely is back, but not as Joe Goldberg. Instead, he will take the name of Jonathan Moore as he strolls the streets of England, looking for his next obsession. Producers are breaking this season into two parts because, apparently, it would be “too much” to watch all at the same time. With new cast members, what will happen? Catch up on the first three seasons here.
Squid Game – Season 2
Slated to air in 2023, the evil game show will be back with even more twists and turns than the original season. The catch? Not a single viewer knows what will happen with Seong Gi-hun’s return. Revenge, perhaps? Catch up on the first season here.
Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story
Technically, this one is not a new season; it’s a spinoff! Queen Charlotte is said to premiere in 2023, focusing on the younger years of Queen Charlotte.
