Fool your brain to feel less pain.

Let’s say you hurt your hand by closing a door on it. Position your arms crossed over your chest and place your hands on your shoulders. You’re confusing your brain about where your aching hand actually is and where it should be. Your scrambled brain can’t send the correct pain signals, and your hand will hurt less.
