The surprise celebrity wedding of the summer went down with no announcement, no fanfare and no media coverage when House of Cards star Robin Wright apparently married beau Clement Giraudet on Saturday in a low-key ceremony at an unknown location.
Paris Vogue broke the news that seemed to be confirmed by a video titled “Weddin vibes” posted on Instagram by Wright’s daughter, Dylan Penn. Guests are seen dancing in celebration at a ’70s Bohemian-styled party in southern France.
Another Instagram post echoed the hint that wedding bells were ringing for the Golden Globe-winning actress and the Saint Laurent VIP relations manager. The happy couple were shown embracing—and Wright wore a floor-length white lace dress!
Neither Wright nor Giraudet have confirmed the wedding. The happy groom (if it’s true) has longstanding ties to the French fashion industry, having worked at Christian Dior Couture and Balmain as well as Saint Laurent.
