Not all bodywashes are created equal! Some have fragrances that don’t last, while others have aromas that are harsh on our noses. This is why we decided to put together a list of our favorite smelling bodywashes.
Diptyque Revitalizing Shower Gel for Body and Hair ($48, shop here)
Diptyque has some of the best-scented, worth-every-penny candles money can buy, and this expertise in fragrance transfers over to bath products. This revitalizing bodywash has a refreshing bergamot scent that’s designed to remind us of sparkling waterfalls in Calabria, Italy. Plus, it doubles as a shampoo!
Sol de Janeiro Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Cream-Gel ($26, shop here)
Sol de Janeiro is known for its Brazilian Bum Bum Cream; however, it offers many other products, including this cream-gel bodywash. It is scented with the brand’s signature Cheirosa ’62 fragrance, which includes notes of pistachio and salted caramel.
Lush Sleepy Shower Gel ($25, shop here)
Lush makes some of the best-scented products on Earth, so it is no surprise that it makes one of our favorite bodywashes. When you are ready to wash away a long day, this bodywash relaxes you with its calming lavender scent.
Drunk Elephant Scrubbi Bamboes Body Cleanser ($22, shop here)
Of course, we love Drunk Elephant’s T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial and Framboos Glycolic Night Serum, but we also can’t get enough of its Scrubbi Bamboes exfoliating bodywash, which has a naturally sweet yet mild vanilla scent that dissipates quickly.
The Ouai Body Cleanser ($28, shop here)
Ouai refers to the scent of its bodywash as “Dean Street,” inspired by the iconic London road famous for its rich history and the birth of nightclubs. It is a mood-boosting, citrusy scent with notes of mandarin, lemon, grapefruit, and apricot.
By Rosie Jane Wake the F*ck Up Everyday Bodywash ($25, shop here)
This bodywash from By Rosie Jane features invigorating notes of lemon verbena, grapefruit, geranium, and eucalyptus essential oils that help you wake up in the morning and keep you feeling refreshed all day long.
