Simply put, manifestation is a way to bring something tangible into your life through attraction and belief. But to be clear, it takes more than positive thinking to get what you desire. Manifestation involves thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.

Be Clear About Your Goals
The first step is to determine what you want – the clearer and more concise, the better. Jot down your goals and be as detailed as possible.

Once you know what you’re after, put it into the universe, whether writing it down, praying, meditating, visualizing, speaking your intentions out loud, or creating a vision board.
Be Grateful
Things don’t always happen in the order or time frame you want, so it’s a great idea to keep a gratitude or manifestation journal. This way, you can look back on your journey. This is especially important on days you feel like giving up.
Change Your Mindset
Obstacles and limited beliefs clouding your vision? Let go of fear and negative self-talk! Try writing down your negative thoughts and fears and replacing them with affirmations. For example, if you feel you “aren’t good enough,” replace it with “I’m as good as I am today,” which is another way to remind yourself that you’re doing your best (and that’s ultimately all you can do).
