Nutella Iced Coffee

We love hazelnut-chocolate-flavored coffee. Enter the Nutella iced coffee, courtesy of Cosmopolitan. Does it get any better than this?
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp espresso-style instant coffee
- 100 ml boiling water
- 1 Tbsp Nutella
Instructions:
- Fill a heat-safe glass with ice and pour over the milk.
- In another glass, stir instant coffee with boiling water. Add Nutella, stirring for 2 minutes or until dissolved.
- Pour Nutella coffee mixture over glass with ice and milk. Serve immediately.
Coconut Coffee Frappe

We simply had to throw one frappe recipe into the mix. It’s technically an iced coffee recipe, just with tiny ice cubes blended to perfection. Coffee lovers will love this coconut-flavored recipe from Food Network. And it only takes five minutes!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cold coffee
- ¼ cup well-shaken coconut milk
- 3 Tbsp well-stirred cream of coconut
- Coconut whipped topping
Instructions:
- Combine cold coffee, 2 cups ice, coconut milk, and cream of coconut in a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth and thick, frappe style.
- Pour mixture into a tall glass and top with coconut whipped topping.
Vanilla Bean Iced Coffee

Ingredients:
- ½ cup cold-brew coffee
- 1 oz vanilla bean syrup (see recipe below)
- ¼ cup half-and-half
- Coffee-flavored ice cubes
For Vanilla Bean Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 whole vanilla bean, split
Instructions:
- Make the vanilla bean syrup: In a small saucepan, add water, sugar, extract, and split vanilla bean. When adding bean, split lengthwise with a sharp knife, and scrape out the caviar, adding it to the pan.
- Bring ingredients to a low boil over medium-low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes to reduce liquid slightly. Let cool completely. Transfer ingredients to a jar or resealable container. Can be used for up to two weeks if refrigerated.
- For the iced coffee: In a tall glass, add 6-8 coffee ice cubes. Pour in vanilla syrup, cold brew coffee, and half-and-half. Enjoy immediately.
Creamy Cookie Dough Iced Coffee

- 16 oz chilled brewed coffee
- 8 oz cold milk

- 1 Tbsp vanilla

Instructions:
- In a blender, add coffee, milk, and vanilla.
- Add cookie dough ice cream, brown sugar, and cookies.
- Blend thoroughly until there are no visible large pieces of cookie dough or cookies.
