We don’t know about you, but we love after-dinner treats. But admittedly, we should probably be mindful of how much refined sugar we consume. Here, we present some decadent sugar-free dessert recipes you can feel good about eating!

- Add cocoa powder and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Divide between 4 serving glasses and decorate as desired.
Fudgy Brownies
If you’re more of a cake brownie lover, keep scrolling. These brownies from Sugar Free Londoner are rich, fudgy, and downright divine.
Ingredients:
- 1½ stick butter unsalted, softened
- ⅔ cup powdered sweetener
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 6 oz dark chocolate, at least 85% cocoa solids
- ¾ cup almond flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 365° F.
- Break the chocolate into squares and place in a small bowl. Place this bowl inside a larger bowl filled with boiling water. The water will heat the small bowl and melt the chocolate.
- Blend the soft (or melted) butter, powdered sweetener, eggs, and cocoa in a blender or food processor.
- Add melted chocolate and almond flour, and mix until you have a thick, smooth batter.
- Line a rectangular baking tin or small casserole dish with baking/parchment paper. Cut the paper to cover the bottom and two sides of the dish. Grease the two remaining sides.
- Fill the batter into the dish and smooth the top. Bake 25 minutes or until the top is firm.
- Let the brownies cool before you remove them from the baking tin. They will be very soft when warm but firm up as they cool down.
Cheesecake-Stuffed Strawberries
We like to think of this dessert from All Day I Dream About Food as a deconstructed cheesecake. And the best part? No baking required – so they are perfect for the summer!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries (larger ones work best)
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- ⅓ cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup mini sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Wash strawberries but do not remove hulls. Cut in half through the hulls so a little bit is attached to each side.
- With a sharp knife, cut out the center of each strawberry half to hollow it out a bit.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sweetener and beat until well combined.
- Beat in whipping cream and vanilla extract. If your filling is very thick and stiff, add a little unsweetened almond milk or water (1-2 Tbsp). Fill a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped tip.
- Pipe the filling onto the strawberry halves. Top each with 2-3 blueberries or a few mini chocolate chips.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Brownie Batter Chocolate Hummus
Last but certainly not least, we have brownie batter chocolate hummus. This recipe from Slender Kitchen can be eaten with fresh fruit or low-carb pretzels.

- ¼ cup cocoa powder (Dutch-processed or alkalized)
- 2 tsp Stevia (or maple syrup)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (more if needed)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender, except the almond milk. Blend until well combined and scrape down the sides.
- Slowly add milk and blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed. Taste and add additional sweetener or chocolate if needed.
